I feel they do but some feel probiotics can become food for the parasites so to be safe you should kill the parasites after alkalizing and then use lots probiotics. You can use garlic or other foods and herbs to kill the parasites. I also had panic attacks which I believe was caused by parasites. They have stopped now.
