Fitness and nutrition go together. We need both for good health.
FITNESS
I believe the best way to exercise is using a rebounder. You can now purchase a rebounder with a bar to hold onto if you have balance problems. If you are not interested in the rebounder look for what works for you and don’t over exercise. This will add to your acid load and most people are already too acid today. I have found I still enjoy dancing. This can be a good way to get in some exercise. Don’t make fitness hard. Do what you enjoy. Don’t forget to stretch before exercising. This helps to loosen your muscles, joints and ligaments. It also helps to prepare your mind. Fifteen or twenty minutes three times a week should be enough.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is a subject that would be hard to cover in just a half of page. If you want to learn about this subject in great detail put in a search on the web to educate yourself or take a nutrition course as I did. I will tell you to be balanced and eat a variety of foods. Eat as much raw and steamed as you can. Eat organic when you can. Eat 80% alkaline and 20% acid and drink lots of good clean water. To do this start with distilled water you purchase at the supermarket or purchase a distiller. Add to this water an x2o bag. Shake wait 5-15 minutes and drink throughout the day.
