Let’s examine what I feel causes heart disease. Heart attacks run in my family. My dad died back in the 60’s with coronary thrombosis. A brother of mine died the same year Elvis died back in the 70’s with a heart attack. He was 35 years old. I have other relatives who have died with heart attacks.
So what causes heart disease and can we prevent it? First let’s look at what we have been told to eat and why that advise is probably wrong. We have heard to eat fish and that eating red meat is bad. They can’t make up their minds about eggs. Some fiber are good they say and some are not. They keep changing their advice about drinking alcohol and how much. Eat your fruits and vegs and grains so you won’t get a heart attack. I know you have heard that one. Did you know the French violate these rules of eating and they have a low rate of heart attacks and heart diseases? Eating all of these things above aggravate heart disease once you have it. The question is what causes it? Well it is not fat, cholesterol or sugar in the food. We do need to eat a variety and in moderation. It actually comes from what is not is our foods. The research I have studied shows that a lack of B vitamins could be the problem. I always thought my brother died from stress, which caused the heart attack. B vitamins help stress. Stress causes us to become acid. It uses up our alkaline reserve. This means we need minerals.
The bottom line is our foods and water is depleted today. We MUST supplement. Don’t take just any supplements. This can do more harm. Remember you must buy quality. Alkalizing first helps you to digest and absorb these supplements better. You can learn more about this subject by clicking on the links below. Please take the time to educate yourself.
