Water and Healthy Living
Water and healthy living are two things that are on the minds of people today. Water is something we can’t live without. Healthy living such as eating right, exercise, sleep, and managing stress are things that help us to have good health and live longer.
Water has become an important subject. Water will become more important as they are less clean water to drink. Look at a Bible scripture Amos: 7-8. Hundreds of people die each year in the U.S because of contaminated water. You don’t hear much about it. What we do see is cities running out of water.
Chlorine that is put into our water kills off our good bacteria in our digestive system. Did you know that also, a lot of water no longer has enough minerals in it? Water with lots of minerals in it naturally flushes our system and helps us alkalize.
